Returns & Exchanges

At ClothingShop, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ClothingShop account, visit the 'Order History' section, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
